Google Sign-In and Your Kindra Home Account
Kindra Home is an online store for home organization and kitchen products. Google Sign-In is an optional way to create or access your customer account, view your orders and manage account details. You can browse our store without signing in and use our standard account login instead.
When you choose to continue with Google, Google authenticates you and provides basic account information: your name, email address, Google account identifier and profile-picture URL where available. Our Nextend Social Login integration processes authentication tokens and links this information to your WordPress customer account. Basic profile information is synchronized when you register, sign in or link an account. We do not receive your Google password.
We use this information to authenticate you, create or link your customer account, maintain your account profile and protect account access. This sign-in integration does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar. Additional Google People profile fields, such as birthdays, addresses and occupations, are not enabled in our sign-in integration.
Google processes authentication under its own privacy policy. Sign-in information is processed in our WordPress store and by hosting and security service providers where necessary to operate and protect the account service. We do not sell Google sign-in data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train artificial-intelligence models. Disclosure may also occur where required by law, as described in this policy.
Google-linked profile information is retained while needed to operate your customer account. You can request removal of the Google link or deletion of eligible account information by emailing support@kindrahome.com. We verify account ownership before acting on a request. Order, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where necessary for the purposes described in the Data Retention section. Authentication tokens are handled by the sign-in integration; their validity is subject to Google’s expiry and revocation controls. We protect sign-in information using the safeguards described in the Data Security section.
You can revoke Kindra Home’s access through the third-party connections settings of your Google Account. Revoking access does not automatically delete your Kindra Home account or order records. Before removing the Google connection, arrange an alternative account login so that you can continue to access your orders. For access, correction, unlinking or deletion requests, contact support@kindrahome.com.

Where consent is legally required before using a particular cookie, pixel, advertising identifier, or similar technology, that processing will depend on your consent.

Where applicable law requires prior consent, non-essential technologies will not be used until the required consent has been obtained.
Where available, our cookie-preference controls allow you to accept, reject, or adjust categories of non-essential technologies.
You may change applicable cookie preferences through the cookie-settings control available on the website.
Blocking certain strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of the website from operating correctly.
For additional information, please see our Cookie Policy.
7. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to operate Kindra Home or comply with applicable law.
Recipients may include:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers;
- Payment processors;
- Banks and payment networks where necessary;
- Fulfillment providers;
- Suppliers involved in fulfilling an order;

- Security and fraud-prevention providers;
- Email and communication providers;
- Customer-support providers;
- Analytics providers;
- Advertising and marketing providers where lawfully enabled;
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants;
- Regulatory, government, judicial, or law-enforcement bodies where legally required; and
- Parties involved in an acquisition, merger, financing, restructuring, sale, or similar corporate transaction.
We disclose only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
8. Fulfillment, Suppliers, and Delivery
Kindra Home works with third-party fulfillment, supplier, logistics, and delivery providers.
To fulfill an order, we may provide information such as:
- Customer name;
- Shipping address;
- Telephone number where reasonably necessary for delivery;
- Email address where required for fulfillment or tracking;
- Product and variation ordered; and
- Other information reasonably necessary to prepare, ship, track, or resolve delivery issues.
These providers may operate from jurisdictions different from your own.
9. Payment Providers
Payment information may be processed by external payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, depending on the payment option you select.
Those providers may act as independent controllers, processors, or both depending on the particular processing activity.
Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy notices and legal obligations.
Kindra Home does not request that customers send complete payment-card credentials through email or ordinary customer-support messages.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, and destruction.
These measures may include appropriate access controls, account security, encrypted communications, service-provider controls, software maintenance, backups, security monitoring, and fraud-prevention measures.
No website, network, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, contractual, security, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance purposes.
The retention period depends on factors such as:

- The nature of our relationship with you;
- Whether an order or transaction remains active;
- Tax and accounting requirements;
- Applicable limitation periods;
- Fraud and security needs;
- Customer-service requirements;

Marketing information may generally be retained until you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw the relevant permission, subject to retaining limited suppression information where reasonably necessary to respect your preference.
Cookie and consent records may be retained for an appropriate period to demonstrate and manage privacy choices.
We periodically review whether information remains necessary and may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it when appropriate.
Deleting Your Kindra Home Account
Eligible customers can use Delete account in My account. After you confirm the permanent deletion, your customer profile, saved addresses and the Google link stored in our account system are removed, you are signed out, and access to that account and its order history ends. If an order is awaiting payment or completion, contact support before deleting your account.
Deleting your account does not automatically erase past order records, invoices, payment-provider records, product reviews, support communications or copies in backups. Information associated with these records may remain subject to the retention purposes described in this section. Account deletion does not cancel an existing order, issue a refund, delete your Google account or automatically unsubscribe you from a separate marketing mailing list.
For a request to access, erase or anonymize remaining personal information, contact support@kindrahome.com. We verify ownership and review what can be removed and what must be retained under applicable requirements. You may separately revoke the Google connection in your Google Account settings and unsubscribe from marketing using the unsubscribe link in those emails.

Kindra Home operates internationally and uses service providers that may process personal information in the United States and other countries.
As a result, personal information may be transferred to or processed in a jurisdiction whose privacy laws differ from those in your country.
