How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, choose a product and its options, then add it to your cart. Review your items and delivery information at checkout before placing your order.
Which payment methods can I use?
The available payment methods appear at checkout and can vary by location. Please use the options displayed for your order; do not send payment details by email.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email support@kindrahome.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can review changes or cancellation requests before fulfillment, but changes may no longer be possible once processing or shipment begins.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
If your order is successfully placed, a confirmation is normally sent to the email address you provided. Check your spam folder and contact us if you cannot locate it.
Will I have to pay taxes or import duties?
Any taxes charged by the store are displayed at checkout. Depending on the destination, customs duties or other charges may also apply. Review the checkout total and your local import rules before ordering.

Where do you ship?
Available destinations depend on the items in your cart and your delivery address. Enter your address at checkout to confirm whether delivery is offered.
How long will delivery take?
Our general delivery estimate is 7–12 business days after dispatch for eligible orders, in addition to our general 1–3 business day processing period. Actual times depend on the item and destination. Check the Shipping Policy and any estimate shown at checkout; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated for your cart and address and shown before you place your order. Any free-shipping offer, if available, will be clearly stated at checkout.
Where will my order ship from?
Dispatch locations can vary by product and availability. We do not guarantee a particular dispatch country; the order confirmation and tracking updates provide the relevant delivery information when available.
How can I track my order?
View your order status on our Track My Order page. If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking link or number will be provided when the carrier details are ready. Contact our support team if you need help with a shipment.
My tracking has stopped updating. What should I do?
Carrier tracking may not update at every stage. If your delivery estimate has passed or there has been no movement for several business days, email us with your order number so we can review the status.

How do I request a return?
Contact support@kindrahome.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Wait for return instructions before sending an item; an unsolicited return may be difficult to process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once an eligible return or refund request is approved, we will explain the next steps. The time until funds appear in your account also depends on your original payment provider. See the Refund & Returns Policy for current terms.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging until our team has reviewed the issue and advised you on a resolution.

Materials vary from product to product. Review each product page for the available specifications; contact us before purchase if a material detail is missing or important to you.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the area where you intend to use the product and compare it with the dimensions shown on its product page. Allow space for drawers, sliding rails, handles, and doors to move.
Are all food-storage products safe for direct food contact?
No blanket claim applies across the collection. Use an item for direct food contact only when its product information or packaging explicitly identifies it for that use.
How should I clean and care for my products?
Follow the care instructions supplied with each item. Cleaning requirements vary by finish and material; when uncertain, use a soft cloth and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners until the correct instructions are confirmed.
