This Cookie Policy explains how Kindra Home, operated by Coregrid Ventures LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or interact with kindrahome.com.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
1. Who We Are
Kindra Home is operated by:
Coregrid Ventures LLC
Trading as Kindra Home

2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files or similar pieces of information stored on, or accessed from, your browser or device when you visit a website.
Cookies can help a website:
- Recognize a browser or device;
- Maintain a shopping session;
- Remember items in a shopping cart;
- Store preferences;
- Support login functionality;
- Protect checkout and account security;
- Understand how the website is used; and
- Support advertising or marketing activities where permitted.
Cookies may be:
Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser.
Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a defined period or until deleted.
First-party cookies — set by Kindra Home or the domain you are visiting.
Third-party cookies — set or accessed by external service providers integrated with the Site.
The European Commission similarly distinguishes first-party, third-party, session, and persistent cookies. European Commission
3. Similar Technologies
This policy also applies, where relevant, to technologies that perform similar functions, including:
- Local storage;
- Session storage;
- Pixels;
- Tags;
- Software development or browser identifiers;
- Tracking technologies;
- Embedded scripts; and
- Other technologies that store or access information on a user’s device.
Applicable UK rules extend beyond traditional cookies to other storage and access technologies as well. ICO
4. How Kindra Home Uses Cookies
Our WordPress and WooCommerce store may use cookies and similar technologies for the categories described below.
A. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These technologies are necessary for core website functionality or to provide a service you specifically request.
They may be used to:
- Maintain the shopping cart;
- Operate checkout;
- Keep track of a customer session;
- Authenticate customer accounts;
- Maintain security;
- Prevent fraud or misuse;
- Remember privacy choices;
- Process transactions; and
- Support essential website infrastructure.
Where applicable law provides an exemption for strictly necessary technologies, these cookies may be used without prior consent.
For example, UK guidance identifies shopping-cart cookies and certain security/session technologies as examples that may qualify for the strictly necessary exemption. ICO
Because these technologies are required for services requested by the user, disabling them through browser controls may prevent parts of the store from functioning correctly.
B. Preference and Functional Cookies
These technologies may be used to remember choices or enhance website functionality, such as:
- Language or regional preferences;
- Display settings;
- Customer preferences;
- Previously selected options; or
- Enhanced third-party features.
Whether consent is required depends on the specific technology, purpose, and applicable law.
Where consent is required, these technologies will not be activated until consent has been provided.
C. Analytics and Performance Cookies
Where enabled, analytics technologies may help us understand:
- How visitors use the Site;
- Which pages are viewed;
- How users navigate the store;
- Website performance;
- Technical errors;
- Traffic sources; and
- General engagement patterns.
We may use this information to improve website usability, performance, product presentation, and customer experience.
Where applicable law requires consent for analytics technologies, they will not be activated before the required consent is obtained.
D. Advertising and Marketing Cookies
Where enabled, advertising or marketing technologies may be used to:
- Measure advertising campaigns;
- Understand whether advertisements resulted in visits or purchases;
- Limit or manage advertising frequency;
- Build or use advertising audiences;
- Personalize advertising where legally permitted; or
- Support marketing attribution.
These technologies may involve third-party advertising platforms.
Where consent is legally required, advertising and marketing cookies or similar technologies will not be activated until you have provided that consent.
5. Third-Party Services
Kindra Home uses third-party services to operate parts of the online store.
Depending on the features enabled on the Site, third-party providers may include services related to:
- Payment processing;
- Fraud prevention;
- Customer authentication;
- Website hosting and security;
- Analytics;
- Advertising;
- Email marketing;
- Customer support;
- Reviews;
- Embedded content; or
- Other website functionality.
Some providers may place or access cookies or similar technologies on your device.
Third-party technologies are subject to their own privacy and cookie practices in addition to the controls provided by Kindra Home.
Payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal may use technologies necessary for payment, security, authentication, or fraud prevention when their services are used.
6. Consent for Non-Essential Cookies
Where applicable law requires consent, Kindra Home uses a cookie-consent mechanism to allow users to make choices before non-essential cookies or similar technologies are activated.
You should be able to:
- Accept non-essential cookies;
- Reject non-essential cookies;
- Choose categories individually where applicable; and
- Change or withdraw your choices later.
Consent must be freely given, informed, specific, and based on an affirmative action where required.
Simply continuing to browse the Site is not treated as consent where applicable law requires an active choice. UK ICO guidance expressly states that non-essential cookies should not be set before consent and that continued use alone is insufficient. ICO
7. Changing Your Cookie Preferences
You can change or withdraw your optional-cookie consent at any time using the category controls below. Open this page through the Cookie Policy link in the site footer.
Your cookie preferences
The floating Cookie Settings tab is hidden after you make a choice; these controls remain available on this page.
Changing your preference does not automatically remove cookies that were previously stored on your device.
You may also delete existing cookies through your browser settings.
If you withdraw consent, we will stop using the relevant consent-based technologies for future activity to the extent technically possible and required by law.
8. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to:
- View stored cookies;
- Delete cookies;
- Block all cookies;
- Block third-party cookies;
- Clear cookies when the browser closes; or
- Control cookies on a site-by-site basis.
The precise controls depend on your browser and device.
Blocking all cookies may prevent important features of Kindra Home from functioning, including cart, account, checkout, or security functionality.
Browser controls are additional tools and do not replace our consent mechanism where consent is legally required.
9. Cookie Duration
Different cookies remain active for different periods.
Some are deleted when the browser session ends.
Others may remain for a defined period to maintain preferences, security settings, consent choices, analytics identifiers, or other functions.
We aim to keep cookie durations proportionate to their purposes.
Where required by applicable law, information about the duration or expiry of individual cookies will be made available in the cookie inventory on this page.
UK guidance expects organisations to identify how long their storage/access technologies operate and whether that duration is appropriate. ICO
10. Current Cookie and Technology List
The table below describes the core store and consent technologies associated with our current WordPress, WooCommerce and Complianz setup. WooCommerce durations are documented defaults; the exact cookies present depend on the features you use. This is not an exhaustive scan of every third-party service.

The category controls on this page let you manage consent; they do not list every individual cookie. Payment services and other external providers may use additional technologies when their services are selected. See Stripe privacy information and PayPal privacy information. Contact support@kindrahome.com for questions about a specific technology.

Services observed in our store
On October 3, 2026, a review of scripts visible on our homepage, a product page, Contact page and Checkout identified the services below. Script presence does not establish which cookies are set or their duration. This review is not a complete network or browser-storage audit.
| Service | Where observed | Role and review status |
|---|---|---|
| WooCommerce Sourcebuster and order attribution | Homepage, product, Contact and Checkout | Traffic and campaign attribution; optional marketing consent is managed through the WooCommerce WP Consent API integration. |
| SliceWP referral tracking | Store pages reached through partner referral links | Optional marketing attribution for the Kindra Home partnership programme. The referral window is configured to 30 days. The tracking script is controlled by the Marketing consent category; refusal or withdrawal may prevent partner attribution. |
| Complianz and WP Consent API | Store pages | Manage and communicate cookie choices. Category controls are available in section 7 of this policy. |
| Hostinger Reach embed | Homepage, product, Contact and Checkout | Email subscription/form integration. Exact storage use and consent requirements have not been confirmed in this review. |
| Stripe | Product and Checkout | Payment and express-checkout components. Provider technologies may be loaded before a payment is submitted; individual storage durations have not been verified here. |
| PayPal | Product and Checkout | Payment components. Individual storage durations have not been verified here. |
We did not identify Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity tags in the visible scripts reviewed on those four pages. This does not exclude conditional tags, server-side processing, or scripts that load after other interactions.
11. WooCommerce and Essential Store Functionality
Kindra Home operates its online store using WordPress and WooCommerce.
WooCommerce and related website components may use necessary technologies to maintain:
- Cart contents;
- Customer sessions;
- Checkout state;
- Account functionality; and
- Other requested e-commerce features.
Where these technologies meet the applicable strictly necessary standard, they may be used without optional-cookie consent.
12. Payment and Fraud-Prevention Technologies
Payment providers may use cookies and related technologies when you choose their services.
These may support:
- Payment authentication;
- Transaction security;
- Fraud detection;
- Payment-session management; and
- Regulatory compliance.
Some payment or security technologies may be necessary to complete a transaction requested by you.
Other technologies, if any, remain subject to applicable consent requirements.
13. International Processing
Some providers associated with cookies or similar technologies may process information outside the country where you live.
Where the use of these technologies involves personal information, international transfers are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and subject to applicable legal safeguards.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
These may include rights to:
- Withdraw consent;
- Object to certain processing;
- Request access;
- Request deletion;
- Restrict certain processing;
- Opt out of certain targeted advertising or data sharing; or
- Exercise other rights provided by applicable privacy law.
